Cost of the Tours

The land only cost of the 12 day West Country tour is Australian $5,900 and the 15 day tour of Scotland is Australian $6,290.  If you join us for both tours, we can offer you a special price of Australian $11,500.  These prices include twin share accommodation with full breakfast, transport, guest guides, entrance fees, some meals, workshops and tarot readings.

If you do not wish to share accommodation and would like your own room, single supplement is available upon request.  Check with WindRose Travel regarding the cost of single supplment.

If required, David of WindRose Travel can also organise your flights to and from London and Edinburgh.

Once WindRose Travel has confirmed available space on the tour/s, your land reservation will be confirmed on receipt of:

* a non-refundable deposit of $600 per person for the West Country tour or Scotland tour OR a non-refundable deposit of $1,200 per person for the Combined tour; and

* a completed booking form per person; and

* a photocopy/scanned copy of your passport.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque or by direct deposit.  Bank details:

Payments by credit card will incur an additional fee of:

    1.5% - Visa and Mastercard

    2.5% - Diners

    3%    - American Expresss

Additional payments will be required on the following dates:

    $2,750  -  West Country tour - payment due 1 February 2017

    $3,000  -  Scotland tour - payment due 1 February 2017

    $4,500  -  Combined tour - payment due 1 February 2017

    $2,550  -  West Country tour - final payment due 1 June 2017

    $2,690  -  Scotland tour - final payment due 1 June 2017

    $5,800  -  Combined tour - final payment due 1 June 2017

It is highly recommended that, at the time of your initial booking, you take out appropriate travel insurance in the event you need to cancel your tour/s and ensure that your travel insurance policy includes cover for payments made before travelling.

If a booking is made after 4 May 2017, it will be subject to availability and will be unable to be guaranteed.  If you are unable to go on the 2017 tour/s, it is suggested you contact us to put your name on our waiting list for our 2018 tour/s.

Documents will be available for collection/post on 31 July 2017.

You must be covered by travel insurance to travel on this tour.  WindRose Travel can assist you with information and prices.  Details of your insurance will need to be given to the Tour Director, Christine Casey, prior to departure.

By paying the $600 deposit per person for the West Country or Scotland tour or the $1,200 deposit for the Combined tour, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the booking conditions which can be found by clicking on the menu item "Terms and Conditions".

Prices are subject to availability at time of booking. Prices are land only and per person twin share and are subject to change at any time. No air fares are included. It should be noted that we reserve the right to adjust the cost of both tours if a substantial fall in the Australian Dollar exchange rate occurs.  Offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
